The 6 week Habit

  • Starting in 2023 the six week long program help you create new fitness and wellness habits with your virtual personal trainer. 

  • Receive a set of resistance bands when you sign up. 

  • Start your Monday & Wednesday mornings off at 6:30am with me weekly. (45 min workouts).

  • Learn different ways to create habits around sleep, water intake, meditation and fitness.

  • Recipes to help with food ideas.

  • Weekly check ins with me through email or zoom to help stay on track.
