Service Description

Workout from anywhere with little to no equipment. Adding a buddy is a great way to stay motivated with a friend or family member. Currently 45 and 60 minute sessions are available for in person and online. For at home clients this service is available on Aquidneck Island and prices may vary on location.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation penalty. Cancellation fee is 50% of booked service.
